These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of filue.com and every purchase made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the details you provide.

3. Products & Content Accuracy

We work to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but occasional errors can occur. Colors may render differently depending on your screen. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (British Pounds, £) and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund of any amount charged. Payment terms are described in our Payment Policy.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy (free UK shipping, total estimated delivery 5–12 business days). Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (30-day return window).

6. Third-Party Tools & Links

The site may use third-party tools or link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. User Submissions

If you send us feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use them. Nothing unlawful, defamatory, or infringing may be submitted.

All site content — text, images, branding — belongs to Filue or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filue is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. 11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Filue against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the site for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature survive termination (including liability limits) survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
