Our Story

Filue started with a simple frustration: shopping for everyday items online usually means scrolling one enormous, undifferentiated list — thousands of near-identical products, no way to tell what's actually worth buying. We built Filue to be the opposite of that.

What We Sell

Filue is a general store for the everyday, organized into six departments: Kitchen & Dining, Home & Living, Electronics & Gadgets, Garden & Outdoor, Travel & On-the-Go, and Pet Essentials. Our catalogue is deliberately broad but not deep — a working selection in each department instead of every variation of everything, grouped so you can browse one area at a time.

We stay with practical items a household actually restocks, replaces, or upgrades. We deliberately don't sell clothing, large appliances, or one-off novelties — those are different businesses with different service demands, and we'd rather do our range properly.

How We Choose What to Stock

Every product is assessed the same way before it goes live: does it do its one job well, is it built to be used regularly rather than once, and would we recommend it to someone we know. If it doesn't clear that bar, it doesn't get listed. The range grows slowly for that reason.

Who We're For

Our customers are people setting up or running a home who want useful things without the research project — something for the kitchen drawer, the garden path, the travel bag, or the dog, found in a few clicks and delivered free.

How We Work

We ship across the United Kingdom, free on every order with no minimum. Orders leave us within 1–2 business days and total delivery is typically 5–12 business days. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Our support team reads every message and replies within 24 hours on business days.
