• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment providers. We never receive or store full card numbers.

• Messages: anything you send to our support team.

How We Use It

• To process and deliver your orders and send order updates.
• To answer support requests.
• To improve the store and prevent fraud.
• To send marketing emails only if you opt in — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who We Share It With

Only service providers needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, and email tools. Each is bound to use your data only to provide their service. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

International Transfers

We respond within 24 hours on business days. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
